Job Description
  • Manage a diverse caseload of privately funded family law matters, including: Divorce and civil partnership dissolution, Financial remedy proceedings, Private law children matters (e.g. child arrangement orders), Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
  • Conduct client consultations and provide sound, empathetic legal advice
  • Handle matters from initial instruction through to conclusion with minimal supervision
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and liaise with counsel where necessary
  • Draft legal documentation and correspondence to a high standard
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the department through business development activities and client networking
