About This Opportunity You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth transition of live projects to the central control team and supporting the resolution of post-deployment issues or configuration requests. You'll engage with internal and external collaborators to foster trust and deliver collaborative solutions that are well-documented. Role Responsibilities: RPA Solution Design : Lead solution and process design activities, ensuring proper review and approval. Collaborate with Business collaborators and SMEs to complete process mapping and future state design. RPA Solution Configuration : Configure processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured and maintainable, in line with the RPA Delivery Framework. Business Support : Assist with business assessment of change impacts for aligned projects, following standard RPA change control practices. Project Management : Work within project planning constraints, communicating or advancing any identified project risks. Technical Documentation : Build detailed, technical documents to support design and delivery. Incident Management : Diagnose, raise and resolve issues impacting robotic performance and automation.Like the modern Britain we serve, we're evolving. Join us on our journey and you will too What You Need BluePrism Development Experience : Demonstrated experience as a BluePrism RPA Developer with BluePrism Developer accreditations (minimum developer level) or relevant alternative automation or project management experience. Continuous Improvement : Experience in Continuous Improvement and Customer Journey redesign. Project Management : Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices. Analytical Abilities : Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Testing and Design Documentation : Experience in creating detailed, high-quality technical documents Communication and Teamwork : Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, engaging stakeholders to deliver well-documented solutions. And Any Experience Of These Would Be Really Useful Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or other scripting languages. Proficiency in Excel formulae, VBA, and HTML is highly desirable. Experience with RPA tools, particularly BluePrism and familiarity with other automation technologies like Power Automate and UiPath. Experience with Microsoft's wider suite including Automate, BI, Apps, Co-pilot and ability to work with LLM or other generative AI-supported tools like Google Tesseract. Knowledge of project delivery methodologies (i.e., Waterfall, Agile, Scrum). Knowledge of desktop infrastructure.
