Roastery Production Assistant - Coffee Packing & Teamwork

Allpress Espresso Ltd. is seeking a Production Assistant to support the full coffee production process, including packing orders and ensuring top service as beans are roasted. The ideal candidate shows motivation, energy, great communication, and teamwork.

The role runs on a temporary contract from 1 November 2026 to 31 December 2026, with potential extension. Hours are about 40 per week, with shifts from 6am to 8pm and a 3 month probation. Prior roastery experience is not required but helpful.
