Salary Range: £26,400 - £28,000
Location: London, hybrid - once per week

Risk Pricing Analyst - Graduate: Ageas are looking to bring on board an analytical Risk PricingAnalyst to join our Underwriting team in London.
The Pricing Analyst will be directly involved with the business vision and willplay a crucial role in supporting and contributing to the profitabledevelopment and performance of Ageas' accounts. Through the use of predictivemodels and pricing techniques, the Pricing Analyst will be closely monitoringand analysing business performance and developing our pricing approaches. Stronganalytical skills and familiarity with Excel are both essential. Knowledge of acoding language (e.g. SQL, SAS, Python, R) would be beneficial but notessential.
This is a great opportunityfor someone who has some experience working in general insurance or someonelooking to begin their career with the insurance industry and who would likeexposure in the pricing sector.
Main Responsibilities as Risk Pricing Analyst - Graduate:
- Develop predictive and machine learning models, and run data for modelling, pricing and monitoring.
- Bespoke analysis that supports decision making across all stages of the pricing cycle.
- Maintenance of records to coordinate pricing decisions and implementation across teams, decision making bodies and implementation pathways.
- Delivery of up to date and accurate performance reports across all relevant products and channels.
- Tracking the performance of new price initiatives against expected results.
- Develop a balanced view of current pricing performance by combining MI, modelling results and company targets.
Skills and experience you need asRisk Pricing Analyst - Graduate:
- A good quantitative degree in e.g. Statistics, Mathematics or Actuarial Science.
- Knowledge of using statistics to explore and validate data, extract and manipulate large datasets for analysis.
- Experienced in the use of basic analytical software, especially Excel.
- Experienced in the use of a programming language (e.g. SQL, SAS, Python, R).
- Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail.
