OverviewStep into an exciting opportunity with Gallagher's Risk Management Solutions team as a Risk Management Consultant specialising in Business Continuity. In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with a diverse range of clients to craft and deliver bespoke solutions that strengthen their resilience and safeguard their future. From managing risks to protecting assets, you'll play a vital role in helping businesses thrive in an ever evolving world. How you'll make an impactYou'll play a key role in helping clients strengthen their resilience and manage risks effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing business continuity plans, conducting impact analyses, and delivering training.
- Reviewing and enhancing clients' business continuity management systems.
- Designing and running tests and exercises to ensure readiness.
- Acting as a trusted advisor on risk and audit committees.
- Identifying opportunities within Gallagher's client base and contributing to business development.
- Collaborating with in house teams to help clients manage risk, secure better insurance rates, and stay operational.
An ideal candidate will also be knowledgeable and experienced in enterprise risk management, and therefore will take on duties that include supporting enterprise risk management by creating risk registers, conducting gap analyses, and providing expert guidance.
About YouHere's what you'll bring to the role:
- A professional qualification in business continuity (minimum CBCI) and relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and connect with clients and colleagues.
- Experience working across different sectors, with a preference for consulting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other office based IT systems.
- A flexible approach to working within clients' budgets to deliver value.
