Risk Framework Manager (Contract)

• Supporting a strong risk culture across the business.
• Develop, implement and maintain an enterprise risk framework.
• Directly involvement reporting to the CRO, the Board and Risk Committees.
• Proactive in seeking efficiencies and improve risk management across the firm.
• Support the Risk & Compliance SLT in their oversight and reporting of risks.
• Engage with peers in other firms for mutual support and sharing of best practice.
• Prepare training and mentoring to the existing Risk team.

We would expect the individual to come with at least 5-7 years experience working in Operational/Enterprise Risk and a demonstrable ability to design, implement and embed risk frameworks with financial services institutions.
