Risk & Regulatory Affairs Manager

We are partnering with a leading Financial Services client in recruiting an experienced Risk & Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead and develop their risk management and regulatory affairs function.

This senior role will support the CEO, Board, Risk Committee and senior management team in managing risk, regulatory compliance, AML/CTF oversight, governance, complaints management and reporting.

The role is a Pre-Approved Control Function - PCF3, as defined by the Central Bank of Ireland, and will require an experienced onsite presence.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 8 years' experience in Risk Management and AML/CTF within financial services
• Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment governing financial services.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical and organisational skills
• Proven ability to influence at senior level and support effective risk decision-making
