This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *compliance and business teams to meet regulatory requirements, manage payments, handle tax filings, and coordinate insurance renewals*.

About the Role
Our client is seeking a Risk & Compliance Support Specialist to assist with the operational and regulatory tasks of a licensed insurance business. You'll work closely with compliance and business teams to meet regulatory requirements, manage payments, handle tax filings, and coordinate insurance renewals.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and upload monthly insurance bordereaux

• Prepare Netherlands insurance tax reports (reporting only)

• Manage portal access and uploads

• Process partner invoices, statements, and corporate payments

• Coordinate Professional Indemnity and group policy renewals

• Monitor shared mailboxes and route queries

• Handle Docusign contracts and approvals

• Liaise with brokers and support regulatory applications and Board appointments

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in finance, compliance, or related field

• Experience working with insurance partners, regulators, or tax authorities

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects

• Proactive, accurate, and solutions-focused team player

• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English

• Bachelor's degree
