Risk & Compliance Analyst - 12-Month Contract

London hybrid - two to three days per week in office, rest from home (full time role).
£250-£325 per day Inside IR35 (through Umbrella)
Initial 12-month contract

A leading global professional services organisation is looking for a Risk & Compliance Analyst to join its internal compliance function.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with around three to five years' relevant experience who is comfortable combining substantive compliance work with detailed operational and administrative support.

Skills and experience required

• Around three to five years' experience within Risk, Compliance, Ethics, Business Conduct or a related in-house function
• Experience working within or closely supporting an internal compliance team
• Exposure to areas such as anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions, conflicts, investigations, risk, policies, monitoring, employee conduct or training
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Experience maintaining compliance records, trackers, registers, action logs or audit documentation
• Confidence handling internal queries and working with a range of stakeholders
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Comfortable undertaking detailed, junior and operational support work
• Professional services, legal, consulting or another corporate in-house background would be useful but is not essential
• Candidates with narrower but directly relevant compliance experience will also be considered.

Please note: This is not a banking, investment management, KYC/AML, transaction monitoring, remediation or financial-crime operations role.
