The CEO is engaging, entrepreneurial, and extremely driven. They are seeking an EA who can anticipate needs before they arise, seamlessly manage competing priorities, and bring structure, calm, and precision to a busy and ever-evolving schedule.

The Role

Complex and ever-changing diary management across multiple time zones

Coordinating international travel, itineraries, and logistics to a meticulous standard

Acting as gatekeeper and ambassador, managing all internal and external communications

Preparing briefing documents, presentations, and meeting materials

Supporting with investor relations and stakeholder coordination

Overseeing personal administration as required, with complete confidentiality

Streamlining processes and implementing efficiencies across the CEO's office

The Candidate

Proven experience supporting at CEO level within finance is a must - investments, Private Equity, VC etc.

Impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills

Highly proactive, intuitive, and solutions-focused

Confident communicator with strong emotional intelligence

Calm under pressure with the ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly

Discreet, loyal, and professional at all times
