RGM Strategy & Insights Manager - 12months + Contract - Amsterdam

Global Enterprise Partners is currently seeking a RGM Strategy & Insights Manager for one of our global FMCG clients based in Amsterdam. This role focuses on shaping and executing revenue growth management strategies across international markets, leveraging analytics, insights, pricing, and promotional effectiveness to drive sustainable growth.

• Lead the development and continuous optimization of the global RGM framework across pricing, pack architecture, trade terms, and promotion strategy.
• Translate market, category, shopper, and consumer insights into actionable RGM strategies that maximize profit and market share.
• Drive cross-market RGM capability building through toolkits, training materials, and playbooks.
• Partner with analytics teams to enhance dashboards, forecasting models, and RGM performance-tracking tools.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on pricing elasticity, promotional ROI, and commercial scenarios to inform strategic decision-making.

• 5+ years of experience in RGM, Commercial Strategy, Pricing & Promotions, or Insights-preferably within FMCG.
• Strong analytical skill set with experience working with large commercial datasets (eg, Nielsen, IRI, Kantar).
• Proven experience building pricing corridors, pack-price architecture, trade terms, and promotion design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and cross-market teams.

Start date: March/April
Duration: 12 Months initial contract
