We are seeking a Senior CRM Technical Expert to play a pivotal role in the implementation and integration of a Microsoft Dynamics 365-based CRM platform. As a Senior CRM Technical Expert, you will:

  • Design and document the solution architecture and integration blueprints.
  • Lead system configuration, customization, and data migration efforts.
  • Oversee API development and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Support change management, including training and operational transition.
  • Deliver comprehensive documentation across all project phases.
Experience required:
  • 8+ years of CRM project experience, including 5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proven leadership in end-to-end CRM implementations, including architecture, integration, and team management.
  • Strong command of Azure Dataverse, DevOps, and enterprise integration.
  • Expertise in data migration, API development, and security compliance.
  • Certifications such as:
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Service Consultant
  • Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
  • Azure Fundamentals, PMP/PRINCE2, or ITIL (desirable)
