RFP Manager (interim Head of)

Our client, an established investment management firm, is looking for an RFP Manager for an initial 6 month contract. This role is a blend of team management, processes improvement and RFP writing. We are looking for a candidate to start ASAP.

Key requirements include:

1. Manage a London based RFP team focused on an institutional client base
2. Work closely with the Global Head of RFP to strategize and implement projects
3. Write high quality RFPs covering a range of asset classes to strict deadlines
4. Ensure that procedures are kept up to date, writing new procedures as necessary
5. Set the tone in the team and reinforce the firm's core values

Ideal profile:

1. Experienced RFP writer with strong knowledge of the institutional market
2. Team management experience is essential with responsibility for managing workload, mentoring and developing staff
3. Experience in producing KPIs/management reports
4. Confident in working alongside senior management, with experience in working with a global team
