Reward Strategy Lead - 12 Month Secondment, Flexible

Centrica plc is seeking a Senior Reward Analyst for Centrica Energy Trading (ENT) on a 12-month secondment/contract basis. Flexible arrangements include part-time options. UK-based with travel as required, offering car allowance, bonus and private healthcare.

You will own end to end reward initiatives, provide guidance on annual bonus and base pay reviews, and partner with multiple business units to implement reward strategies in a complex environment.
