Your New Role

Here at Survitec, we are currently recruiting for a Reward Partner to join our People and Culture Team.

This role provides leadership in implementing and managing the organisation's reward strategy to attract, retain, and motivate talent. • Coordinate annual and long-term executive compensation processes, preparing accurate data and reports to support remuneration committee decisions and compliance obligations.
  • Manage the annual pay review process, including preparing guidelines, timelines, and financial parameters, monitoring outcomes, and recommending corrective actions where necessary.
  • Maintain and improve HR data collection and reporting tools related to compensation and benefits, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organisational principles and values.
  • Communicate reward initiatives and processes clearly to stakeholders, ensuring understanding of objectives and alignment with Survitec mission, vision, and values.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to managers on compensation and benefits matters, including individual cases requiring specialist input.
  • Deliver accurate analysis of reward data, identifying trends and contributing insights to support business decisions, employee engagement, and performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with external consultants and vendors for reward-related projects, ensuring clear requirements, monitoring deliverables, and addressing issues promptly.
  • Lead on the management of UK wide benefit providers, responsible for managing the provider relationship, implementation, annual renewals, modifications and eligibility of UK benefits.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of reward policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
  • Support HR leadership in broader policy development, ensuring reward practices integrate with overall HR and business strategy.
  • Promote an inclusive and values-driven culture, ensuring fairness and transparency in reward practices and fostering a positive employee experience.
  • Maintain professional knowledge and expertise in reward practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements through continuous learning and development.
