Directorate

We are seeking an experienced Reward Manager to join the People, Culture and Wellbeing Directorate. This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in developing the University's reward offer, including pay and benefits, job evaluation, market benchmarking, pay-gap analysis and reward-related policies and processes.

What you will be doing:
  • Providing expert advice to colleagues and senior stakeholders,
  • Use data and insight to inform decision-making
  • Leading key reward projects and improvements.
Qualifications/ experience:
  • Strong reward or HR experience
  • Excellent analytical and influencing skills
  • Commitment to developing fair, effective and evidence-based reward practices.
