Job Description

Quanta Group is a next-generation financial services Group, responsible for assets under advice of around £17bn and nearly 75,000 clients across platform, DFM and advice.

Quanta Group provides a full wealth management service through three core businesses - an investment platform, financial planning and advice business, and discretionary fund manager.

Each business operates independently of each other yet gives financial planners the flexibility to deliver advice using any combination of our products, investments, and services:

  • Wealthtime - an award-winning investment platform that helps advisers deliver the best outcomes for their clients, bringing together smart technology and expert support.
  • Copia Capital Management - a leading discretionary fund manager that works exclusively with advisers to provide a range of managed portfolio services.
  • Craven Street Wealth - an award-winning independent Chartered financial planning and wealth management firm with offices in London and across the south of England.

We're helping the next generation of financial advisers to grow their business, today.

The Reward and People MI Specialist is responsible for the design, production, governance and interpretation of reward and people data, supporting fair, compliant and evidence-based decision making across the Group.

You will deliver salary review and bonus processes, market benchmarking, and People MI, providing insight that directly informs senior decision making across ExCo, Remuneration Committee and regulatory reporting. This is a role where your analysis and judgement will shape how the business makes critical people and reward decisions.

Working in a regulated environment, you will support ESG, audit and regulatory requirements, ensuring data is accurate, auditable, and aligned across reporting. You will partner with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance and Risk to deliver joined up, well governed outcomes across the employee lifecycle.

The role may be full time or part time, with working arrangements to ensure effective delivery and coverage during key periods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reward Processes and Delivery: You will deliver salary review and bonus cycles, ensure accuracy and governance alignment, and use data to provide clear, practical insight that supports decision making. You will manage annual benefits renewal, provider relationships, and support the delivery of integrated reward approaches across the Group.
  • Market Insight: You will lead benchmarking activity, translating market data into insight that informs hiring, retention and pay positioning.
  • People MI: You will produce and govern People MI for leadership and governance forums, analysing workforce trends to highlight risks, opportunities, and actionable insight.
  • ESG, Gender Pay and Regulatory Reporting: You will lead Gender Pay Gap reporting and support ESG disclosures, ensuring alignment across People MI, financial and external reporting.
  • Regulatory Reporting: You will produce reward and workforce reporting, ensuring consistency across submissions and alignment with RemCo reporting and People MI, and work with Risk, Compliance and Finance to respond to regulatory queries.
  • RemCo Support: You will prepare MI and analysis for RemCo, ensuring outputs are accurate, clear and governance ready, and will respond to ad hoc requests from senior stakeholders.
  • Audit and Payroll Control: You will support audits, maintain clear data, and audit trails, and independently validate payroll outputs ahead of sign off, identifying discrepancies and ensuring alignment with reward, benefits, and statutory requirements.
  • Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: You will collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance and Risk to ensure data integrity and joined up delivery, and partner with People Business Partners to provide insight that supports effective business decisions. You will also contribute to continuous improvement of reporting, governance, and wider People processes.
Specialist Skills, Qualifications and Experience: Essential:
  • Experience in reward, people analytics, or HR MI, producing, validating, and interpreting pay and workforce data in a controlled environment.
  • Experience delivering salary review and bonus processes, including data preparation, modelling, and validation.
  • Strong capability producing People MI, dashboards, and reporting, with a focus on accurate, defensible and decision ready data.
  • Advanced Excel and data handling skills, including working confidently with large datasets, complex formulas, pivot tables, and reconciliations.
  • Strong analytical judgement and governance awareness, with the ability to identify anomalies, manage risk and escalate appropriately.
  • Clear communication and organisation skills, with the ability to manage confidential data and deliver to cyclical and regulatory deadlines.
Desirable:
  • Experience working in financial services or a regulated environment, with exposure to governance, audit, or regulatory scrutiny.
  • Experience supporting Remuneration Committee, Board or ExCo reporting, including reward packs, analysis, and governance documentation.
  • Exposure to people-related regulatory and statutory reporting, including ESG, remuneration, and Gender Pay Gap reporting.
  • Experience supporting UK payroll, including benefits and taxable benefits, with the ability to review and validate payroll outputs.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and people analytics tools, including data extraction, validation, and reporting.
  • Relevant HR, reward or analytical qualifications, or experience working with Finance and Risk and Compliance to align people data with financial and regulatory reporting.
