Reward and Payroll Advisor

My client are looking for a Reward and Payroll Advisor to join their team. There is a real opportunity for growth in this role.
Contract & Benefits Summary
Location: London minimum 40% office-based (Central London)
Salary: £38,000-£45,000
Bonus: Up to 7.5% potential
Pension: 5% employer / 4% employee contribution
Life Assurance: Included
Income Protection: 75% cover after 26 weeks
What they are looking for:
Experience working in payroll, benefits, and/or reward functions (ideally in a mid-to-large organisation) - Payroll experience is essential.
Strong data and reconciliation skills, with excellent attention to detail
Familiarity with outsourced payroll and benefits providers
Comfortable working with systems such as Cascade (or similar HRIS)
Confident using Excel for data handling, benchmarking, or modelling
Understanding of Gender Pay Gap reporting (you'll support the process - not lead it)
Proactive, collaborative approach - able to work independently and within a busy team
Previous experience in professional services or the legal sector is highly desirable
