Job Description

Your new role:

As Reward Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the EMEA SuccessFactors and Reward inboxes, responding to queries in a timely manner
  • Support for the administration of bonus and salary review processes
  • Support in the maintenance of positions and pay structures within SuccessFactors
  • Holding system training sessions for employees as and when required
  • Creating and updating user guides for People Team and employees around SuccessFactors and PeopleDoc processes
  • Data checking, auditing and updating data within SuccessFactors
  • Administration of PeopleDoc - helping to develop templates for use within the People Team, system support and management
  • Support of all modules within SuccessFactors - Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Recruiting, Compensation
  • Creating, developing and support of reporting within SuccessFactors for the EMEA People teams and other departments as required
  • Updating, distributing and managing company organisational charts
  • Supporting the centrally administered benefit plans working with third party benefit providers on issues such as healthcare, dental, risk benefits and pension
  • Producing and updating benefits communications for the UK employee base
  • Presenting monthly benefit presentations for new joiners
  • Delivering input to reward surveys to establish and maintain up to date knowledge of external market conditions
  • Managing the annual benefit window process, including negotiating renewals with benefit providers
  • Support projects in the Reward, wider People Team and globally
  • Other duties as required of the role.

What are we looking for?

  • Graduate preferred but not essential
  • The successful candidate will possess the personal presence, drive and capabilities to be viewed as a highly effective member of the People team.
  • Experience providing systems administration and support within a professional or commercial environment in the UK, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience of working in a matrix structure is preferred but not essential
  • Experience supporting operational colleagues on a wide range of issues
  • Experience of Supporting EMEA region countries
