Hi I'm Nelson, the CEO at HowNow I'm looking for a RevOps Manager to join us. A half-strategist, half-builder, who is fully obsessed with making GTM machines hum. You'll be the architect and mechanic of how we turn insight into action, interest into revenue, and systems into scale.

You'll partner with the CEO and Revenue Teams to bring focus, flow, and forecastability, and you'll do it using a sharp mind, smart processes, and the best AI tools out there.

What you'll do
  • Build and own our end-to-end revenue infrastructure: CRM (HubSpot), dashboards, forecasting, funnel logic, lead routing, handoffs, the works.
  • Automate and accelerate using AI: sales insights, data hygiene, reporting, onboarding, you'll figure out where machines should work so humans can sell, market, and support better.
  • Bring clarity to complexity: turn data into decisions with dashboards, revenue models, and clean metrics that everyone trusts.
  • Be the glue: connect Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product and help them move faster in sync.
  • Support smart scale: help us test, measure and scale our GTM playbooks as we move from high-touch to high-scale.

The key things that we will be looking for in applicants

  • You'll have 2-5 years in RevOps or GTM Ops in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • You'll know your way around HubSpot, GTM stacks, spreadsheets, dashboards and can build workflows without blinking
  • You have a thing for systems, but don't hide behind them. You want to drive impact, not admin
  • You're curious about AI and already using it to speed up, clean up, or level up your work
  • You want to work in a small but mighty, ambitious team with big vision, zero bureaucracy, and full trust.

What you'll get:

Our salaries are calculated using a SaaS benchmarking tool called ( Figures ). The salary band for this role is £51,000-56,000 per annum. You'll also receive a 10% performance based bonus on top.

Hybrid working (2x a week in our London office, Tuesdays and Thursdays) and flexible working hours

Work From Anywhere, for up to two weeks per quarter, which you can read about here

Wind-down Fridays. No meetings from 2pm onwards on Fridays, for you to wind down for the weekend. Our HowNow'ers use this time to exercise, study, or spend some time with their family and friends, which you can read about here

  3. You'll complete a RevOps task and present it back to some of our revenue team members in person. It will involve analysing a GTM function, identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
