Job Description

We are seeking an experienced strategy and operations professional to join the Revenue Strategy team at Asana. This team partners with our Sales leaders and is responsible for defining segment-level GTM strategy; driving operational excellence; and leading strategic initiatives in support of this high-growth business.

In this role, you will be key in ensuring Asana delivers repeatable, predictable, and scalable value for its customers. You will support all business segments and report directly to Asana's Head of EMEA Revenue Strategy.

This role is based in our London office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, you'll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you're interviewing for this role, your Talent Acquisition Partner will share more about the in-office requirements.

What you'll achieve:

  • Partner with Sales Leaders on business planning, forecasting, pipeline analysis, and program launches
  • Represent EMEA to revenue leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Lead regional strategic projects, collaborating cross-functionally
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to develop and execute strategic recommendations
  • Refine Asana's selling model: team cadence, processes, policies, data, and tools for operational excellence
  • Contribute to annual planning by developing EMEA GTM strategy, templates, and models (e.g., organization, capacity, quota)

About you:

  • 3+ years' relevant experience in strategy, operations, finance, management consulting, or a similar role (SaaS experience preferred, but not required)
  • Experience managing complex projects end-to-end; from inception to design to execution and, ultimately, impact
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally by building relationships and influencing others
  • Strong analytical fluency, modeling, presentation, and problem solving skills
  • Track record of delivering results in fast-moving environments and excelling under ambiguity
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Salesforce (CRM)
  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.

To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between £75,000 - £85,000.The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
