Job Description

Auxilia Group Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Revenue Optimisation Manager on behalf of our client operating in the shipping and logistics industry. This is a permanent opportunity based onsite in Co. Cork.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue optimisation strategies across passenger and onboard revenue streams
  • Manage dynamic pricing models to maximise yield, occupancy/load factors, and profitability
  • Analyse booking patterns, customer demand, competitor activity, seasonality, and market trends to influence pricing decisions
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and recommend commercial initiatives to improve overall business performance
  • Produce accurate revenue forecasts and commercial performance reports
  • Utilise data analytics tools and revenue management systems to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights
  • Conduct regular pricing and performance reviews, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Digital, Operations, and Finance teams to align revenue strategies
  • Introduce and develop revenue management tools, reporting frameworks, and optimisation processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Commercial Analysis, Yield Management, or a related commercial role.
  • Strong understanding of dynamic pricing and demand forecasting methodologies.
  • Experience within hospitality, hotels, travel, transport, tourism, aviation, ferry, leisure, or related industries.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex datasets and commercial trend.
  • Experience using revenue management systems, BI tools, and digital analytics platform.
  • Commercially focused with strong problem solving ability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skill.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting capability.
