For our client, an international company from the FMCG sector, we are filling the following position:

Revenue Generation Analyst (m/w/d) Outbound Contact Center

YOUR TASKS

• Lead data collection, validation, and consolidation across markets, ensuring consistent and high-quality reporting
• Generate insights from existing reports and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Support the team in optimizing customer journeys across assisted (Inbound & Outbound) channels to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention
• Monitor key KPIs (Sales Volumes, NPS, CES) across all customer service touchpoints and implement initiatives to enhance customer experience and revenue performance

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing contact center or service delivery operations including Outbound experiences
• Strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills
• Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, SQL (Snowflake/Databricks), and MS Office
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Advanced English, both written and spoken
