Retrofit Project Manager

As a Retrofit PM, you will work on a range or property types within our Local Authority client's diverse portfolio.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in this capacity, gained within a Local Authority setting. You will work on a very active programme and will be responsible for developing and managing detailed project plans, including, schedules, risk assessments, resource allocation, costs and quality control.

You will coordinate and oversee the execution of retrofit projects, ensuring that all phases are delivered on time and within budget and on a regular basis you will conduct site inspections and evaluations to ensure the project is aligned with the retrofit design.

The successful candidate will be suitably qualified in a construction related field and you will have a good knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability principles in relation to retrofit schemes.

The role is based in Essex so you must be able to reach the site easily given the site work involved. We expect that you will be required on site / in the office the majority of the time so this role is not suited to those looking for a bias towards home working.

The initial contract will be 6 months, subject to extension. The day rate is £350 inside IR35.
