Retention Executive - Grow Loyal Customers (Hybrid)

1st Formations is seeking a Customer Retention Executive to protect and grow our client relationships within Accounting-as-a-Service. You will own the retention experience, proactively engaging with customers and small businesses to resolve issues, reduce churn, and uncover opportunities to deepen the relationship.

In this role you will be the trusted point of contact for accountancy professionals and clients, balancing advocacy with commercial goals, and collaborating with internal teams to
