Retail Tech Advisor - Customer Experience Specialist

Virgin Media O is hiring a Retail Advisor (12 hrs) in Preston to help customers choose from a range of products including mobile, broadband and TV services. You'll build trust, showcase features and resolve issues, aiming for excellent customer experiences.

You'll start with a 2x2 day induction (30 hours) to gain product knowledge and systems training, followed by ongoing coaching to support your growth within a close-knit retail team. Shifts cover store hours, including evenings and weekends.
