COOK is seeking a Retail Team Member to join its Maidenhead store. This role offers a welcoming environment where community engagement and exceptional service are central to our mission. You will contribute to a vibrant team that values sustainability, people, and community.

• Deliver remarkable customer service, prioritising the customer experience above all else.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on menu planning, catering for occasions, and product promotions.
• Maintain a spotless, well stocked shop environment, ensuring freezers are full and stock is rotated.
• Operate the till efficiently and accurately, manage opening and closing procedures, and handle cash up.
• Understand and complete necessary shop paperwork, legal checks, and delivery processes. Wear a clean uniform with an apron and name badge at all times.

• A friendly, approachable attitude with a passion for creating welcoming spaces.
• No prior retail experience required, though previous customer facing roles are advantageous.
• Willingness to learn about COOK's products, their origins, and how they suit different occasions.
