Retail Team Member

We are looking for a Retail Team Member to welcome visitors to the National Trust shop at Lyme, answer their questions, and help them make the most of their day.

Salary: £12.75 per hour

Contract Duration: Permanent

Working Pattern: You will work 16 hours per week, typically spread over three shifts including a weekend day each week. Shifts begin at 10:45am and finish around 4:15pm. Bank Holiday working will be required.

As a member of the retail team, you will offer visitors help and advice with their shopping. You will maintain high standards of presentation in the shop, provide excellent service to all customers, and talk to visitors about how their purchases help fund the work of the National Trust. Other duties may include arranging, receiving and unpacking deliveries, creating shop displays, and keeping the shop floor clean and organised.
