Retail Team Member

Summary

We're looking for a Retail Team Member to welcome visitors to the National Trust shop at Lanhydrock, to answer their questions and help them make the most of their day.

Compensation & Contract

Salary: £12.75 per hour

Contract: Fixed term until 31 Oct 2026

Hours & schedule: Seasonal, flexible, weekends. Zero hour contract; no guaranteed hours per week. Flexibility required as schedules may change.

What you'll be doing

As a member of the retail team, you'll offer visitors help and advice with their shopping, maintaining a high standard of presentation and delivering excellent service to all customers.

You'll also discuss how purchases support the National Trust's work and may help with arranging, receiving, and unpacking deliveries; creating shop displays; and keeping the shop floor clean and organised.
