Retail Team Member 12.75 per hour

We're looking for a Retail Team Member to welcome visitors to the National Trust shop at Sizergh, near Kendal, to answer their questions and help them make the most of their day.

Salary: £12.75 per hour

Contract Duration: Permanent

Working Hours: 10 hours per week

Working Pattern: Your hours will include bank holidays, weekends, and evenings when there are events.

As a member of the retail team, you'll provide visitors help and advice with their shopping, maintain a high standard of presentation in the shop, and deliver excellent service to all customers.

Other duties may include arranging, receiving and unpacking deliveries, creating shop displays, and working with the team to keep the shop floor clean and organised.

Delight customers by explaining how their purchases support the National Trust.
