Retail Team Leader: Drive Service & Team Success

ASDA in Enniskillen is seeking a Team Leader to run the department daily and drive excellent customer service. You will lead by example, support colleagues, manage stock, and help new starters while resolving issues on the shop floor.

You will work with your manager to uphold high standards, keep the team motivated, and deliver outstanding service to customers during day shifts. The role is full-time with a permanent contract and a 36-hour week.
