Retail Team Leader Customer-Driven, Flexible Shifts

Asda Living Gateshead is recruiting a Team Leader to oversee daily operations in-store. You'll lead by example, support colleagues, manage stock, and ensure customers receive excellent service on the shop floor.

You'll work with your manager to maintain high standards, motivate the team, and adapt to shift patterns including weekends and evenings. The role is full-time with 36 hours per week and a permanent contract.
