Retail Team Lead: Inspire Service & Growth

The Works Stores Ltd is seeking a Retail Deputy Manager for an 18 hour contract to lead shifts, support the Store Manager, and drive exceptional customer experiences at our Huntingdon store.

You will coach a team, manage stock and merchandising, ensure compliance, and maintain high standards of service across all store functions. You'll help recruit, train, and motivate colleagues while upholding our values and ensuring a welcoming store environment.
