Retail Team Lead - Stock, Till & Rota Management

Compass Group UK&I is hiring a Retail Supervisor for Defence operations on a full time basis (35 hours/week). You will supervise a frontline team, handle till operations, and assist with stock orders and weekly rotas. The role requires a positive, customer focused attitude and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

Shifts are 5 days out of 7, with a 50.2 week/year contract. This is a hands on supervision role with responsibilities for deliveries, paperwork, and daily store operations.
