Hours: 16 hours a week, with opportunity to work more hours.

Shifts: Flexible (Mon Fri 9am 9pm, Sat Sun 9am 6pm).

Salary: £13.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

As a supervisor you will:

• Motivate the team and keep energy high in a fast paced environment.
• Support day to day store operations, drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and the store looks its best, help reduce shrinkage and improve till accuracy.
• Assist the management team in reaching key performance indicators such as sales, profit and service targets.
• Help team members develop and improve their skills.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail key performance indicators including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to support others in developing and improving their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided).
