What a Superdrug day looks like

You'll motivate others and keep energy high in a fast paced environment. Your day will involve making customers feel amazing, sharing our Star Buys and ensuring every visit ends on a positive note.

You'll support the management team with day to day store operations, drive sales, maintain store appearance, optimise stock and reduce shrinkage and till errors, and help the team hit targets.

What you'll bring to the role

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast paced high street retailer
• Understanding of retail key performance indicators, such as sales, profit and service
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided and not essential)
