Job Description
Retail Supervisor - Full Time 
Location: Leigh, Greater Manchester (WN7 1SH). Position: full-time 39 hours per week across five days; flexible schedule includes weekends.
Pay & Benefits- Hourly pay: £13.61 (minimum 39 hours/week, £530/week)

- Support the manager as part of the management team, leading the shop and providing excellent customer service.
- Run shop in manager's absence: ensure customers are looked after, deliveries processed, routines completed, shop safe, clean, tidy.
- Open and close shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop a team of retail assistants.
- Control operational costs including shrinkage, waste, and payroll.
- Friendly, positive, and hardworking approach.
- People person, builds strong working relationships.
- Trustworthy and reliable; dependable within small team.
- Experience as supervisor, team leader, or manager in retail or similar industries preferred but not required.
- Basic DBS check (England/Wales) or Disclosure Scotland check required.
FTSV, 39 hours per week, 5 days a week.
