Retail Supervisor - Full Time

We are looking to recruit a new retail supervisor for our shop in Northampton, Northamptonshire. This is a permanent full time position of 39 hours per week, typically spread over five days, with flexibility required for working various shifts including weekends.

Hourly pay rate of £13.61.

Responsibilities

• Support the manager as part of the management team and help run the shop efficiently.
• Take full responsibility for shop operations in the manager's absence: customer care, deliveries, shop routines, safety, cleanliness.
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop the retail assistant team.
• Control operational costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll.

• Trustworthy and reliable; dependable for team and customers.
• Experience as a supervisor, team leader or manager in retail or a similar industry is desirable but not required.

Contract Information

FTSV, 39 hours per week, 5 days a week.
