We are excited to assist one of Ireland's leading grocery retailers, with multiple award-winning accolades for their exceptional bakery items and appetising fresh food.Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager with a strong background in managing a fast-paced retail, convenience, or supermarket environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of KPIs, sales performance, and Profit & Loss (P&L) management. The store is conveniently located approximately 28 minutes' drive from Ratoath and 30 minutes from Monasterboice. As the shift pattern is flexible, candidates with their own transport are preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing and supporting staff, handling customer and employee queries, monitoring store performance, and ensuring the store consistently meets HACCP standards. You will also report directly to senior management. • Lead the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring everything runs efficiently and smoothly.
• Drive sales, profitability, and overall store performance while meeting key financial targets.
• Effectively manage labour costs, waste, and stock shrinkage to maximise profitability.
• Inspire, coach, and develop your management team and store colleagues to achieve outstanding results.
• Ensure full compliance with HR policies and Health & Safety regulations.
• Create a positive, customer-focused culture that reflects the company's high standards and reputation.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in leading a busy retail store with emphasis on Fresh Food.
• A confident and inspiring leader with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and department leaders.
• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of sales, margins, cost control, and business performance.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, Health & Safety, HACCP, and consumer regulations.
• Have knowledge of P&L, sales and margins to drive store to financial success.
