• Welcome customers and create a Vodafone feeling - making them feel welcomed, valued, and supported with expert advice on products and services.
• Lead and support established teams, coaching them to meet and exceed sales KPIs.
• Drive sales through people and take a holistic view of the business to deliver commercial results.

• Strong operational experience combined with energy and engagement with teams and customers.
• Sales background with a track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs.
• Ability to coach staff and inspire a high performing retail team.
