Job Description
Retail Store Assistant (Edinburgh Shop)

Location: Edinburgh, Stockbridge. Pay: £12.71 per hour. Contract: Permanent. Working hours: Part time - 22.5 hours per week. Reports to: Shop manager. Closing date: 12th July :55.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer and supporter service.
  • Work as part of the shop team to achieve sales and fundraising targets.
  • Maintain shop standards including visual presentation, safeguarding compliance and health and safety.
  • Create relationships with local community and Cancer Research UK colleagues.
  • Support fundraising events to achieve fundraising targets.
  • Take keyholder responsibility as required (training provided).
Qualifications & Skills
  • Understanding of excellent customer service.
  • Experience in a busy customer service environment.
  • Ability to manage workload and work independently when required.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Retail experience (preferred).
  • Interest in fashion (ideal).
