Retail Security & Loss Prevention Specialist

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Retail Relief Security Officer for UK retail sites. You will protect the store, customers, staff, stock and assets by maintaining a visible security presence in line with site instructions.

You will help create a safe, welcoming shopping environment, prevent loss, and support store operations while meeting KPIs and SLAs. Ongoing training will develop security and customer service skills, with deployment across multiple sites as needed and occasional shifts at other
