Retail Sales Consultant (Bang & Olufsen Flagship Store)

About the position:

Join us as a Retail Sales Consultant and work with the premium brand, Bang & Olufsen. Be part of our dynamic sales team and help us deliver exceptional service and unforgettable moments to our customers in our Flagship B&O Store - the world of high-quality sound and sophisticated design.

Key functions:

• Conduct consultative sales
• Adopt a proactive sales approach. Grow the sales of 'Staged' products by actively engaging new customers
• Develop expert-level of knowledge and use on practice best sales technics and solutions based on B&O and complimentary products
• Comply with corporate standarts

Qualifications and skills:

• Relevant working experience in similar positions will be considered as an advantage
• Knowledge of IT products, home appliances, audio and video systems is a plus
• Experience is selling premium or luxury goods
• Fluent Italian & English
• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, proactive sales approach
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
