About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Sales Assistant to join our Nespresso pop up boutique in Battersea. If you can demonstrate a strong understanding of the retail and competitive environment in which the Nespresso business operates, you could contribute to the growing success of the brand.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a premium customer experience through exceptional service.
• Welcoming customers to the boutique and adapting to meet their needs.
• Supporting customers in finding their perfect cup of coffee and delivering service oriented sales, promoting the unique brand experience.
• Being a proud and passionate ambassador of Nespresso.

Qualifications

• Retail experience, ideally from a luxury background.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident and charismatic.
• Ability to rapidly build strong working relationships with customers.
