Nationwide's Product, Change & Delivery Industrial Placement - Retail is a 12-month programme designed to combine hands-on experience with professional development. You'll contribute to meaningful projects while learning how change is delivered in a large banking organisation.

You'll join Retail, Customer Operations and Product to improve experiences, deliver change, and tackle business challenges, spending two days per week at Swindon or Northampton offices in a hybrid arrangement.
