Retail Operations Specialist - Stock, Compliance & Merch

Mole Valley Farmers Limited is seeking an Operations Team Member in Frome to join our store. This part-time role provides a key support function to keep stock accurate, products available, and store standards high for an excellent customer experience.

You will work 30 hours per week on a rota, with permanent contract, and you'll be part of a team that values safety, compliance, and friendly service. Salary is £10.85-£12.71 per hour.
