Salary: £62,000 per year, Competitive

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full time - Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week and Sundays on a rota basis (8.30 to 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on Saturdays and 10am to 4pm on Sundays).

We are recruiting a Retail Manager to join our Car Dealership in Bristol, Brislington.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow all aspects of sales gross profit, specializing in finance, insurance, and value-added products.
• Act at the core of customer enquiries and assist in developing the sales team.
• Discuss financial requirements of customers.
• Advise customers on finance, insurance, warranties and other services offered by our dealerships.
• Ensure customers have a clear understanding of the obligations they are entering into.
• Work closely with members of the sales team and provide coaching and assistance.
• Propose financial agreements to nominated lenders.
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate and FCA compliant.

About you

We welcome experienced and aspiring retail managers, sales managers, or sales controllers.

• Confident in discussing and identifying individual or company requirements.
• Outstanding record of sales achievement with exceptional finance sales performance.
• Highly organised to ensure paperwork is correct and FCA compliant.
• Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience preferred but not essential - full training provided.
