Retail Fit-Out Project Manager - Onsite, £65K (Lichfield)

This is a full-time role, located in Lichfield, for an experienced fit out Project Manager to join our Employee Ownership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, to the client's satisfaction, and in compliance with all relevant regulations.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management in the construction or related industry

Strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality

Understanding of construction techniques with a particular reference to carpentry, joinery, ceilings, partitions and finishing trades.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Demonstrated ability to manage project teams and to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards

Computer literate & proficient in project management software tools such as MS Project.

Looking for a PM with mainly retail hit out experience, convenience store would be good, Tesco, Sainsburys Coop.

Salary would be £65K for the right candidate. F lexible on start date but the work load is there so immediately can be accommodated

This is not a work from home position, theyare based in Fradley Park Lichfield and have employees from Birmingham, Leicester and Nottingham.
