1+ years of experience in retail, sales support, operations, merchandising, marketing, analytics, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Foundational data analysis skills, with the ability to organize information, identify patterns, and summarize what the data is showing. Ability to use data to tell a clear story and support decisions, especially related to execution, performance, and improvement opportunities. Comfort learning new tools and systems with training and support. Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Interest in retail, CPG, and how in-store execution drives results. Spend some time with us, and you'll accrue an additional week every few years, depending on your exempt status! FMLA qualifying Rain Makers receive six weeks of paid parental leave.
