Job Description
The Works Stores Ltd is seeking a Retail Deputy Manager in Stockport on an 18 hour contract. You will support the Store Manager, lead a small team, drive customer service, stock control, merchandising and compliance, and step in during absences.
You'll coach colleagues, help recruit and train new staff, monitor performance, and uphold health and safety standards. You'll be a Brand Ambassador for The Works, delivering a welcoming store experience, and contributing to a positive, inclusive team
